Orange Chamomile Jam Glazed Salmon

4 salmon fillets

1/2 cup orange chamomile jam

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)



  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the orange chamomile jam, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season them with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon the orange chamomile jam glaze over the salmon fillets, making sure to coat each piece evenly.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Baste the salmon with the glaze once or twice during cooking for extra flavor.
  6. Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
